When you click on a product, you are redirected to the merchant's website where the actual purchase takes place. All refund requests must be directed to the merchant you purchased from.

  • Time limits vary - Return windows range from 14-60 days depending on the merchant
  • Condition matters - Most merchants require items to be unused with original packaging
  • Restocking fees - Some merchants charge 10-20% restocking fees for returns
